At Waterlooville TCG, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for both in-store and online orders.
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

To start a return:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend a tracked service.
We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return.
For purchases made in-store:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defect or order error.
If you want to exchange an item:
Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped for a full refund.
Once an order is shipped, cancellations follow our standard returns policy.
