Return and Refund Policy

 

Returns & Refund Policy – Waterlooville TCG

At Waterlooville TCG, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for both in-store and online orders.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
     
  • Packaging must be sealed, undamaged, and complete, where applicable.
     
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
     

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain items are non-returnable:

2.1 Trading Card Game Singles

Due to the nature of collectible cards and risk of swapping:

  • Single cards (TCG singles) cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.
     

2.2 Opened or Unsealed Products

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened booster packs or booster boxes
     
  • Unsealed decks, boxes, or bundles
     
  • Any product where factory seals have been broken
     

2.3 Digital Products

Refunds are not available for:

  • Tournament tickets once the event has started or if the customer does not attend
     
  • Digital or online products
     

2.4 Clearance / Final Sale Items

Marked-down or clearance items are final sale unless defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
     
  2. Provide photos and a description of the issue.
     
  3. We will inspect the claim and offer one of the following:
     
    • Replacement (if available)
       
    • Exchange
       
    • Refund
       

We will cover return shipping costs for confirmed defective or incorrect items.

4. Returning Items (Online Orders)

To start a return:

  1. Email us at waterloovilletcg@gmail.com with your order number.
     
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions.
     
  3. Ship the item back to us using the method provided.
     

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend a tracked service.
We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return.

5. In-Store Returns

For purchases made in-store:

  • Bring your item and proof of purchase.
     
  • Returns must follow the same eligibility rules as online purchases.
     
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
     

6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defect or order error.

7. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
     
  • If an exact replacement isn’t available, you may choose a refund or store credit.
     

8. Cancellations

8.1 Before Shipping

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped for a full refund.

8.2 After Shipping

Once an order is shipped, cancellations follow our standard returns policy.
